Bulk SMS

Bulk SMS work almost the same way as a bulk mails. The difference is logically the editing rights that are the same for normal SMS as bulk SMS.

As for bulk mails the process of bulk SMS is:

1.     Select mail template to generate bulk SMS

2.     Select groups and users to send SMS to

3.     Preview and send

4.     Track bulk SMS in the Communicator page

First we go through the template selection page.

Then we see the preview page.
