Analysis type: Outcome / Total calls
This analysis type gives an overview of how calls have been distributed across all the calls that were made in the period for the questionnaire.
Total calls: Total number of CATI calls that were given the specific outcome status.
Percentage: The above values as percentage of all calls made.
