Imagine that Catinet call-center hires many interviewers. Most of them are part-time freelancers. They works in shifts. Whenever interviewers do their jobs, which is interviewing respondents, working hours are summed up. However, working hours is not enough to evaluate whether an interviewer works effectively or not. So, we need to base on the number of successful interviews to calculate interviewers' performance. Fieldwork department would like to know this information to daily keep track their interviewers works easily. Plus, they also want to know the next shifts of interviewers. All of these are the purposes of Interviewer Evaluation task.
