[TRUE/FALSE]: Either insert "true" or "false" into value

===Purpose===

If it is set to "false", then auto-dialing will not work for the site.

If it is set to "true", then auto-dialing will be enabled for the site. This includes:

* Activation of choice in CATI outcome set of auto dialer asterisk status per outcome set option.
* Activation of auto-dial button on the CATI interviewer screen.
