==Shifts==<br />

The companies using CATGLOBE are often organizations who have a great need for flexibility in the meeting days and hours of their employees. For this purpose we offer the shifts module for managing and allocating work in an efficient way.<br />
<br />
A shift can have two main states:<br />
<br />
* Open Shifts: Shifts that no employee has yet agreed to undertake<br />
* Booked Shifts: Shifts an employee has already signed up to do<br />
<br />
The main idea of this system is to offer an efficient way for a company to make sure that shifts can easily be registered and booked with a minimum amount of work. At the same time the module offers a range of supporting features, e.g.<br />
<br />
* Ensuring that the best employees will always be found for any shift<br />
* Ensuring that required qualifications for a shift can be reduced over time if there are problems finding enough available manpower.<br />
* Mass creation of shifts over days or weeks at a time.<br />

The shifts module consists of a number of different main features, which will be explained in turn.<br />
