Communicator handdle email error in Soft, Hard and Unknow error
Hard is errors that We are sure is because we can never send mails to that address again.
For example: Receipent server returned "unknown account" or similar.
Soft errors are transient errors, such as receipent server returned "out of space" or similar.
Unknown errors are all else.
