By data is meant the users answers to their answer sheets. Data can exist in many forms, so to learn more about the answers of questionnaires you must understand how the questionnaires are built up. Click here to learn more.

How this information is actually copied:

Data may exist for both ‘Sample rule’ based answer sheets as well as ‘Non sample rule’ based answer sheet. When you check this option all earlier answer sheets including data will be copied to the new questionnaire, both non sample and sample rule ones.
