setGroupRuleTargetUnlimited

The functionality is similar to opening the TARGET dialogue on a specific rule, and set its target to ALL (this is, in practice, done by setting target to ""), and click Save.

Arguments

ruleId: Is a numeric (non-decimal) expression. It is the id of the rule.
