===Syntax===

&lt;add key="Inform_Observer_Reassignment" value="[TRUE/FALSE]"/&gt;

[TRUE/FALSE]: Either insert "true" or "false" into value

===Purpose===

Specifies the default on a task's settings tab regarding whether or not observers of the task should be notified when a task is "Reassigned". The method of notification will depend on the settings of the receiving user ([[_My_settings_-_System_|My Settings]]), but may be E-mail, SMS, Informer application, and/or web informer.
