- 9235cat - Panel member registration - DK: used for registering information which is stored inside 9235cat - Panel data - DK. This questionnaire is used inside the confirmation emails when a respondent accepts to join the panel
- CGTemplate - CAWI Template 2010: used as template for all questionnaires that use panel members as respondents
