Business Rules |
One user has only one city. User can either insert or update this value when importing. To update this field for existing users, you must select a User_Id column in step 1 of the import wizard and the value of this column will be used to determine which user’s record to update. |
Auto mapping |
In order to ensure auto mapping then the column name in the Excel must fit with the given name in import. This name is language dependent as shown: UK: User_City DK: Bruger_By |
Validation |
Maximum length of City is 64 Unicode characters. If you are trying to import a value that has the length more than 64 Unicode characters, you will receive an error message of maximum length exceeded. Error type: ERROR (the import job will not be allowed to be executed) |
