Short description of the information of this option:

A group may have users related to it. This exists as a relationship which can either be dynamic or static (depending in the way they were added in the first place).

How this information is actually copied:

If we choose to relate users from the old group to the new group they will be added with the exact same settings (i.e. if they were statically or dynamically added). Also, we will relate users regardless of whether they were disabled or deleted.
