Effect

Any qualification which in he filter is set to null will be ignored in regards to the search.

For any filter where a value is set, only users that have a value for the qualification that is equal to or larger than that value, will be returned as a result from the search.

If multiple qualification filters have values set then users just need to fulfill one of the set qualifications to fulfil the search filters. In other words, there is an 'or' statement between the selection of multiple qualification filters.
