Key: ConfiguredUser
Syntax
<add key="ConfiguredUser" value="[ID]"/>
[ID]: A value from the id column of the User table in the Catglobe database
Purpose
Key identifies the user that is understood to have the default settings for user preferences that new users inherit. You will therefore need to allocate one user for this purpose; log in as this user and set his preferences so that they fit with what you would want any new users defaults to be. The Id of the user you can see in the user resource list.
