Condition name: Go to question if

Description
When a respondent has answered a question with this condition related to it and clicks next, then the condition will be tested before going on to the next question in the questionnaire. If the condition is met then the user will be sent to a specified question in the questionnaire (which is normally not the next question in the questionnaire). If the condition fails then the user will skip the question and be sent to the next question in the questionnaire instead.
A typical condition could be "Go to end_question if user answers that he does not want to join".
A question may have multiple "Go to question if" conditions. The system will check one at a time, starting with the top one, and if any of the conditions are met then the system will ignore the remaining conditions and immediately fulfill the "go to" requirements of that condition.
