To get information of quota by name.
Syntax
array Quota_getQuotaByName(string quotaName[, number PQResourceId])
Arguments
- quotaName : the name of new quota.
- PQResourceId : Resource Id of questionnaire to which quota belongs. If it is empty, the project questionnaire context is needed
