Setting up external surveys

External link: Client will provide you with the url of the external survey.

sendToUrl: Stores the current state of the QAS as being "at that url", so visiting the QAS again will goto same url.

There is also the variant of setting up a survey that consists of multiple actual surveys on your own site:

gotoQuestion: Go to a specific question in the answering questionnaire or in another questionnaire.
In the case of go to a specific question in another questionnaire. The current respondent must have the newest uncompleted QAS in that questionnaire.

gotoQuestionnaire: Go to the newest uncompleted QAS of another questionnaire. This newest uncompleted QAS is also belong to the current respondent.

returnFromGoto: Go back to the context that call the gotoQuestionnaire or gotoQuestion functions.
