Description

When the respondent logs on to a questionnaire whose start date to open for answering is greater than the current date, a dialog containing this text will be shown.

Business logic

If this text is empty, the default value: “The questionnaire will not be opened before Projectquestionnaire.Startdate” will be used in this warning dialog.

Projectquestionnaire.Startdate : the first date when a questionnaire is opened for answering.
