setDirection

Sets the direction of the total calculations which must be used when creating diagrams.

Syntax

setDirection(direction)

Arguments

direction: Is a numeric (non-decimal) expression. The direction must be one of the constants specified below

  • 1: Diagram_DirectionType_Vertical
  • 2: Diagram_DirectionType_Horizontal

Return type

empty

Examples

setDirection(Diagram_DirectionType_Horizontal);

number n = getDirection();

if (n == 1) print("Chart Direction is Vertical and can be shown for table diagrams.");

else print("Chart Direction is Horizontal and can be shown for table diagrams.");

//Result: Chart Direction is Horizontal and can be shown for table diagrams.
