Module settings

All navigation functions that are listed under this section decide how the Resource template module will work for the user having access to these functions, no matter in which context the module is being used.

Below are the navigation functions in this section as well as a description of each of them.


Name

Impact when checked

Search for resource template using advanced search dialog

  • The search button will appear on the resource list's menues for this resource type.

Setup default layout of user resource template

  • The user can set up the default layout of users' My Portal page using the 'My Portal' button, which will be made available on the resource list menus.

Create resource template

  • The create button will be available from the resource list's menues for this resource type.

Delete resource template

  • The delete button will be available from the resource list's menues for this resource type.

Edit access to resource template

  • The access button will be available from the resource list's menues for this resource type.

Export resource template list to excel

  • There will be an 'Export to excel' menu option on the resource list that makes it possible to export core informations of the currently returned array of resource templates to an Excel file.

Copy resource template

  • The copy button will be available from the resource list's menues for this resource type.

Add properties to resource templates

  • The 'Properties' button will be available from the resource list's menues for this resource type.

Setup navigation access for resource templates

  • The 'Navigation Access' button will be available from the resource list's menues for this resource type.

Event administration

  • The Events tab will be available on the resource dialog of resource templates (those that have applicable triggers for events).
