Administrative options

All navigation functions that are listed under this section decide which administrative features that the users with this access will have. An administrative feature is typically a page where types and general settings for the module can be defined. These functions are typically meant for supervisors of work and administrators of the system.

Qualification administration

  • Access to set up qualifications via Tools -> Administration -> HR -> Qualifications.

Duplicate user administration

  • Access to find and merge duplicate users via Tools -> Administration -> HR -> Duplicate Users.

Mass access update

  • Access to update access for multiple users to multiple resources via Tools -> Administration -> HR -> Mass Access Update.

Mass preference update

  • Access to update preferences for multiple users via Tools -> Administration -> HR -> Mass Preference Update.

Work settings administration

  • Access to update work settings via Tools -> Administration -> HR -> Work Settings.

Department administration

  • Access to manage a departmental calendar feature via Tools -> HR -> Department Calendar.
