Merge field: Empty resource link

Empty resource links are only available from the template list and will be replaced with the appropriate correct link when used in the context of a specific resource. There are two options of "empty links".

The first one will convert to questionnaire links (for answer sheets) when the mail template is used for a questionnaire resource. It has the same options available as if you chose a resource link to a questionnaire. Difference is of course that this link does not yet point to a specific questionnaire. This it will only do with the chosen settings once it has been activated for an e-mail or bulk mail.

The other empty link is to a sample request. This merge link is meant to be used together with a mail to inform a user that an external site has issued a sample request for the main site. It will pick up the sample request resource from the context in where the mail template is applied and make sure the user who receives the information can directly open the sample request from a hyperlink.
