Arguments

question_label: is the label of the question. It must follow the standard format of question label.

question_property_set: is the property set of the question (optional). [MIN_VALUE=0,MAX_VALUE=10;MIN_TEXT="Poor";MAX_TEXT="Good";DISCRETE=true;REVERSE=false]
