isRequiredConstant
Returns whether or not a constant is required in a resource.
Syntax
isRequiredConstant (name [, resource_Guid])
Arguments
name: Is a string expression. It is the name of the constant.
resource_Guid: Is a string expression. It is the Guid of the resource.
If there is no resource_Guid specified, the function will get the constant from the current questionnaire answersheet's questionnaire (i.e. a questionnaire answersheet context is needed).
