Axis set modifying CGScript functions

Notice that the axis options are added by reference, however once an axis is added to the axis-set, it is done by value. So modifying axis and axis options for an axis that has already been added to the axis-set will have no effect on the axis existing in the axis-set, unless the specified methods are used for updating.
