Get timezone for a specified user.

If user is not specified then the QAS user's time zone will be returned (this needs RPQ context)

Syntax

getUserTimezone(number userRId);

Arguments

number userRId

Return type

Number (Timezone Id)

Example 

getTimezone(123456)
