Another interesting analysis is the “Interviewer / Outcome / Duration” report which checks the average time that an interviewer uses on different kinds of outcomes of a CATI call.

In the above it is clear that the first 2 interviewers use approximately the same time on completing a successful CATI call (here called “Connection reached”). The 3rd interviewer obviously did not have any calls in the analyzed period (January 1 to January 7) so he has an average of 0 seconds for all calls. Interviewer 2 seems to hold on to “No answer calls” for too long. An improvement is here possible!
