Analysis type: Outcome / Total sheets

This analysis type shows how the calls were distributed in regards to the final call made for any respondent in the questionnaire. I.e. if a respondent was called three times in regards to the survey, only the last of these calls are included in the analysis.

Total calls: The total number of "last calls" that had the specific outcome.

Percentage: The above as a percentage of all "last calls".
