Button: Cut question, copy question, paste question

Location: Edit drop down menu item

Description: Since you in the editor will always be looking at only one question at a time, the question that you will cut or copy using these buttons, is the one that is currently selected in the editor. When you paste a copied question it will initially be given the name “[prior name]+_Copy_1”. When you paste a cut question it will keep its name from before. Whenever you paste a question it will be pasted below the question you are currently looking at.
