Button: View detail

When we find that an interviewer had some kind of efficiency problem we can highlight that person and click the “View detail” button. This will bring up the details of the calls made by the user in question. We can only see one day at a time in the dialogue, but the date is easy to change by using the “date of analysis” field in the top right corner of the dialogue. If we move the mouse over any record the phone number of the respondent will be shown. This gives us the opportunity to make follow-up calls to check what happened during a specific interview.
