Short description of the information of this option:

Non sample rule includes answer sheets relate to the questionnaire but which were not added using sample rules. These non sample rule type answer sheets typically use import without specifying the Group/Group column as a Group Sample Rule.

How this information is actually copied:

Non sample rule answer sheets are exact copies from the original questionnaire to the new questionnaires. If ‘Copy Data’ is checked, then all the new answer sheets will have the ‘start date’ and ‘end date’ property set to the same as the original answer sheets from where they were copied.
