Export step - Excel/CSV file

If you are exporting CSV and/or Excel files you will see the below step:

Here you can decide for each single question if they should be included in the specific Excel and/or CSV files. It is also possible to choose to have single questions exported by their answer option text rather than their numeric value. To do this simply click the checkbox in the last column called "Use answer option text".

In the bottom of the page it is possible to select to include additional user information in the exported data for the user of each answer sheet. To learn more on the information which is included for each of these choices please click here.
