General Description	The date when user is still in protected status (used for avoiding he gets called up for any oncoming CATI or CAWI assignments before this date)

Business Rules	Datetime value is needed.
Validation	Datetime value only. Values other than datetime will of be caught by the validation step. Error type: ERROR and import wizard is not allowed to be executed.
