General Description
|
A qualification is a user created value stating the qualifications that users of the system could have. Examples of qualifications could be “Analysis” or “French”. You can refer to you qualification administration page to see what qualifications are available in your system. Qualifications are always identified for import by their name (NOT their ID!). Importing qualifications requires values in both qualification and qualification level columns.

Business Rules
|
- Qualification is only one part of importing qualification. It must go along with qualification level to actually succeed.
- To update this field for existing users, you must select a User_Id column in step 1 of the import wizard and the value of this column will be used to determine which user’s record to update.

Validation
|
- Qualifications that do not exist in the system will not be accepted. Error type: ERROR (the import job will not be allowed to be executed).
- If a qualification is specified in import for a row, but no level, then the message ‘Qualification Level does not exist’ will be shown in step 5 to let user know that data is not clean. Error type: ERROR (the import job will not be allowed to be executed).
