Due to the flexible structure of reports related to report templates, the use of filters and constants, and the use of style sheets; it has been found that there is a big need for quickly modifying and adding a large number of reports at a time. For this Catglobe has created the mass update report feature, which can be accessed from the report or report template lists drop down menu under 'Edit'.

When using this dialog we will always be managing all the reports of one specific report template. We can quickly add new reports that use the template by clicking 'Add' and we will in the list see all constants that can be applied to the report as individual columns. Since we can edit directly in the columns we have a quick way to insert constant, filter, weight and lots of other information in one easy grid. If we need to see more detailed information regarding the chosen report it will appear in the lower form whenever any report is highlighted. We can also update the information in this grid and it will have the same effect as updating directly in the list. Once we are satisfied with all the changes made we need to click save to ensure the changes are updated to the database.
