Panel overview
The Catinét panels consist of 4 internet panels in the nordic contries.

Responsibilities
Coordination of panel management is handled by Ulrik Hjarnaa
Technical issues and daily management of panels is done by Vietnam.
The web shop is managed by Luise Midtgaard.
Support is handled by Søren Madsen.

IMPORTANT NOTICE Most resources were created during the spring 2008. After the summer 2008, there was no time to follow up, so many details were never finished.

Project questionnaires
Internet Panel: DK 01 Landing Page
This is a landing page questionnaire that is used in relation to online multi source recruitment. The future panelist is asked about name and email address. Afterwards is an email invitation to the questionnaire Internet Panel: DK 03 Mailout and Navigation automatically sent.
Internet Panel: DK 02 Manual Panelist Creation
This questionnaire is used when there is a need to manually create new panelists. The person who creates the panelists is asked some questions regarding recruitment method.
Internet Panel: DK 03 Mailout and Navigation
This is the questionnaire that handles which profiling part the panelist should be invited to. Panelists who are invited to the background questions are always sent to this questionnaire first, and then redirected to the correct profiling part in the correct profile collection questionnaire.
Internet Panel: DK 04 Current Profile
This questionnaire is always updated with the panelists current profiling data. This questionnaire uses the same questionnaire template as all the profile collection questionnaires. It is primarily used for sampling purposes.
Internet Panel: DK 05 Profile Collection 01 (Lasting for 7 weeks)

It is in these questionnaires that the panelist background data is collected. They both use the same questionnaire template (the same as the current profile questionnaire). The panelist is invited to these questionnaires through the mailout and navigation questionnaire. The first time the panelist is sent to a profiling questionnaire, he/she is sent to the first part in the first collection questionnaire. The next time he/she is sent to the second part of the first collection questionnaire. When all parts of the first collection questionnaire has been answered, he/she is sent to the first part of the second collection questionnaire.
A Profile Collection 03 will be needed 7 months after Profile Collection 02 is taken to production. Then another 25 groups (2 pr month) will be needed and script updates in "Update profile" will also be needed.
Internet Panel: DK 06 Cati Reminder
This questionnaire is used for making phone reminders to panelists who has not responded to the first invitation email, and to panelist who has not answered a profile questionnaire part in too long time. Notice: This questionnaire has not yet been used.
Internet Panel: DK 07 Panelist Tracking
This is a questionnaire that could be used as a panelist tracking. The original plan was to redirect all panelists to this questionnaire after they have participated in a survey. Notice: This questionnaire is currently not in use.
Internet Panel: DK 08 Snowballing
This questionnaire was created to handle member get member recruitment. Notice: This questionnaire is not in use, and is not tested.
Internet Panel: DK 09 Update User Information 01

These questionnaires are used when a panelist wants to change name and contact information. Name and postal address are changed using only the first questionnaire. If the panelist wants to change email address, there is sent a confirmation email with a link to the second questionnaire. The email address is not changed until the panelist has confirmed the address by clicking on the link.
Internet Panel: DK 10 Optout
This questionnaire is used when panelists are signing out of the panel. As soon as there is a CGScript function that can disable users, that function should be implemented to this questionnaire.
Internet Panel: DK 99 Test Questionnaire
This questionnaire was used for testing purposes when the setup was programmed. It currently has no function.

Workflows
Internet Panel: DK Calculate age (Daily (Sebastian schedule or run manually))
The above workflow calculates the panelists exact age based on their birth date. It does this by taking the birth date from the current profile questionnaire and updates the question Age in the current profile questionnaire. It should be run every day.

The above workflows find out which panelists that is qualified to participate in the lottery.
Internet Panel: DK Register lottery winners (Manually, Monthly)
The above workflow randomly draws two lottery winners - one winner of a trip to London, and one winner of a PlayStation 3. When the winners are drawn, an email is sent to Daniel with their user information.
Internet Panel: DK Signing up ( Weekly, scheduled today (Wed. evening))
This workflow handles the mailout of invitation to panelists that has not yet completed the whole profiling questionnaire.
Internet Panel: DK Survey participation week (Weekly, scheduled today (Mondays))
This workflow runs in batch mode on the current profile questionnaire. It compares every panelists survey participation week with the current week. If more than two weeks has passed since the panelists last participated in a survey, the variable Can_be_invited is coded as 1.
Internet Panel: DK Updating Profile (Monthly, scheduled today (first time) Tuesday 16. dec (+ 30 days))
This workflow handles the mailout of invitations to panelists that has completed the profiling questionnaire.
Data cache specifications

Rebuilt by Sebastian as needed for Feasibility checks. (Last time October: Nearly 1 hour)
This data cache collects all panelist background data. It is based on the current profile questionnaire.
Monitor
Specifications for monitor is never made.
CPM Internet Panel
This is the main monitor used for panel management. Its only content at the moment is a cross tabulation diagram (CPM Current Profile DK - Cross 01).
