Description	This is a error message text will be placed on top of the question when a user does not fully answer a required question. The error message text is activated upon clicking the next button.
Business logic	A questionnaire with this property forces the respondent to answer the current question before going to the next one. If there is no text in this property, the default text: “Please answer the question” will be shown. If a questionnaire does not force the respondent to answer the current question before going to the next question (i.e. the “Required” property in this question has “No” value), the text in this property is not shown.
