Important things:

  • Your privacy data on personal PC/Mac is very important.
  • We've never asked for install other software except Teamviewer offical, Voxmeter Lyd, Zoiper Offical, Web  browser (Firefox/ Chrome)
  • Please help us prepare to open Voxmeter Lyd or Zoiper Offical; Notepad (Windows)/ Notes (MacOS) and https://voxmeter.catglobe.com tab in Firefox / Chrome FIRST.

( We don't want to find CATI software by visit your directory on PC because You may have personal privacy data)

1. Technical support team will need you install TeamViewer on PC/Mac to support you with CATI problem.

2. Support process will take about 10 to 20 minutes.

3. On Windows PC, Support team will open Voxmeter Lyd + Notepad + Firefox / Chrome with voxmeter.catglobe.com

4. On MacOS, Support team will open Zoiper + Notes + Firefox / Chrome with voxmeter.catglobe.com
