System content holders

System content holders are My portal elements that exist in the system by default -- in other words elements that all site owners will have the possibility of offering their users.

The system content holders that are currently offered are:

My account: Shows user's personal information. When clicking on the element the user can change this information, including password.

My calendar: A calendar showing any upcoming event's in the users calendar. Clicking on it will bring the user to his personal calendar page.

My CATI: Shows any current CATI assignments that the user is signed up for. This is the place where interviewers can start their CATI interviewing.

My favorites: Shows all the resources the user has specified as his favorites.

My hours: Shows number of hours worked on CATI assignments inside the recent period. (See the tab My CATI status on My settings on how to set time frame)

My last opened resources: Shows the 20 last resources that you have viewed, selected, or created. This is a quick way to reopen the resources that you were recently working on.

My performance: shows how well the user performed on CATI assignments he or she worked on inside the recent period. (See the tab My CATI status on My settings on how to set time frame)

My questionnaires: Will show the user's partly completed and not completed questionnaires. The number of questionnaires to be shown at the most depends on the setting "Number of items in list". If a user has more than this number of questionnaires that need to be answered, then only the newest ones. Another setting is the checkbox "Link to 'My questionnaires'". If set to true then a link will appear on the bottom of this My portal element, which, when clicked, will bring the user to the 'My questionnaires' page.

My recurring activities: is used for activating the work-place evaluation hyper links. Please refer to help files on Work flows to learn more.

My reports: Will give the user links to the latest 10 reports published that he or she has minimum observer rights to.

My shifts: Will list all shifts that the user is expected to carry out today and in the coming period. (See the tab My CATI status on My settings on how to set time frame)

My tasks to do: Will list all tasks where the logged in user has a task to perform, which he has not yet completed.

My tasks to supervise: Will list all tasks where the logged in user needs to supervise that task which are not yet completed actually gets done.

It is also possible for the administrator to create his own elements. These are called customized elements and are explained in the files below.
