Using short cuts to navigate through Catglobe

We are constantly adding new places where short cuts can be used. Mostly we are currently supporting the resource list, resource dialog and the light search dialog. The short cuts that can be used are:

(1) For example, when you have opened a resource list, the CTRL + TAB shortcut key will help you go through the Quick links bar, the menu, the toolbar, the resource list, and the taskbar in that order. You can stop to focus on the section that you want.
(2) For example, when you have opened a resource list, the CTRL + SHIFT + TAB shortcut key will help you go through the taskbar, the resource list, the toolbar, the menu, and the Quick links bar in that order. You can stop to focus on the section that you want.
