1. Technical support team will need you install TeamViewer on PC/Mac to support you with CATI problem.

2. Support process will take about 10 to 20 minutes.

3. On Windows PC, Support team will open Voxmeter Lyd + Notepad + Firefox / Chrome with voxmeter.catglobe.com

4. On MacOS, Support team will open Zoiper + Notes + Firefox / Chrome with voxmeter.catglobe.com
